What is the Mindful Nutrition School?  

Mindful Nutrition 

is an Earth-based, body centered approach to healing your relationship with food.

 

Rooted in decolonized, culturally relevant wellness practices. 

Here we don't bother with diets, the scale nor gym. We focus on healing what's heavy from deep within.

We support women who turn to food for comfort—whether through emotional eating, stress eating, boredom eating, convenience eating or mindless snacking.

If you’ve never been taught how to truly nourish your deeper needs, it’s easy to reach for food as a quick fix.

That’s where we come in.

Mindful Nutrition School offers coaching, education and transformation for women who struggle with their eating habits. Through empathetic coaching, somatic practices, mindfulness principles and our signature D.E.T.O.X.™ Method, we help you move beyond coping with food to feeding the life you’re meant to live.
