Here we don't bother with diets, the scale nor gym. We focus on healing what's heavy from deep within.
We support women who turn to food for comfort—whether through emotional eating, stress eating, boredom eating, convenience eating or mindless snacking.
If you’ve never been taught how to truly nourish your deeper needs, it’s easy to reach for food as a quick fix.
That’s where we come in.
Mindful Nutrition School offers coaching, education and transformation for women who struggle with their eating habits. Through empathetic coaching, somatic practices, mindfulness principles and our signature D.E.T.O.X.™ Method, we help you move beyond coping with food . . . to feeding the life you’re meant to live.

Food is a benevolent ally and aid in service to restore and rejuvenate our bodies and lives.
It's is a channel and a pathway that reconnects us back to ourselves and grounds us in our purpose on Earth.
With food as a medium we heal our bodies, mend our relationships with our Selves and share its divine fruits of love, compassion and care
